Kristin Holmes, RYT Raja With 10 years experience instructing yoga, I began my career as an LPN nurse. After learning about the many facets of the body, I found the practice of yoga and a love for teaching. I completed my certification with 3rd Street Yoga Teacher Training – 200 hour with Joanne VandenHengel. I now teach Yoga at Davis and Elkins College, and several community classes in the Buckhannon/Weston area. More than an exercise program, yoga can become a way of uniting and balancing the mind, body and spirit throughout our lives.

Andrea Brandon I am a registered yoga teacher, with my 200 hr. certification through Sivananda Yoga Vedanta School of Yoga. I’ve also trained for 200 hours in Kalari, a Keralan (South Indian) form of mixed martial arts that incorporate yoga into a more “warrioristic” form. I’ve also trained under BNS Iyengar (not to be confused with BKS Iyengar). BNS Iyengar teaches a very fast pace form of Ashtanga, which is a heavy influence on my teaching style. Currently, I offer classes at D&E on Monday evenings for faculty/staff, as well as 2 classes/week at the YMCA.

Sara Limb Sara is a 200 hr. Registered Yoga Teacher. She is certified in Vinyasa flow and was formally trained in Athens, Ohio at Inhale Yoga Studio under the direction of Michelle Stobart. She studied Yoga Therapy at the Rocky Mountain Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda in Colorado under Sarasvati Buhrman and has continued her training in Structural Yoga Therapy under Mukunda Stiles and Mungala Warner. Sara has been actively teaching since 2010 and hopes to continue sharing her knowledge and passion for yoga to all those who desire to deepen their understanding and practice of yoga.

Gisela Zarcufsky I have been practicing Yoga asanas for over 20 years. In 2010 I went to India to get my Teacher certification from Kailash Tribal School in Mcleodganj, Dharamsala, Himal Pradesh. 200-hours. I also offer a Meditation circle on Monday evenings following yoga class.

Barbara received her 200 Hour Teacher Certification from Om Seva School of Yoga in 2010 in Vinyasa Flow, a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.

Lindsay Murray, 200RYT I found love and admiration for the practice and philosophy of yoga ten years ago and have been instructing for the past two years. I received the blessing of teacher training at West Virginia’s only Yoga Alliance Registered School, the Om Seva School of Yoga. I currently teach year round at West Liberty University and several local studios/health clubs in the Wheeling, WV area, including partnering with Mountain Mama’s Kayak and Bicycle Rental to offer paddleboard yoga on the Ohio River. Yoga has brought peace and understanding to my life and I am grateful for every opportunity to share this gift.
